Welcome to AdFlip. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AdFlip website, applications, tools, and services.

“Flipbook” means a digital publication generated or displayed through the AdFlip service.

AdFlip provides tools that allow users to convert documents into digital flipbooks and view, manage, share, or publish those flipbooks.

Features may vary depending on the version of the service and the plan or functionality available to you. We may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

Some AdFlip features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us promptly.

You retain ownership of the Content you upload to AdFlip. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and consents required to upload, process, display, and share that Content.

By uploading Content, you grant AdFlip a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, display, and otherwise use that Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the AdFlip service.

You represent that your Content does not knowingly violate applicable law or infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person or organization.

AdFlip and its original software, interface, branding, designs, features, and other service materials are owned by or licensed to AdFlip and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the AdFlip service or its proprietary materials.

You agree not to use AdFlip to:

• Upload or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive material.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or deceive other people.
• Send spam, malware, malicious code, or unauthorized communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or security features.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the operation of the service.
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We may restrict, remove, or disable Content or access where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable laws have been violated.

AdFlip may provide features that allow you to share Flipbooks through links or other publishing options. You are responsible for choosing what you publish or share and who can access it.

Do not publish Content that you are not authorized to distribute or make available to others.

AdFlip may integrate with or rely on third-party services, platforms, hosting providers, analytics tools, authentication providers, or other technologies. Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party’s terms and policies. AdFlip is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

Certain AdFlip features may be offered as paid services. Where applicable, pricing, billing frequency, and other applicable charges will be presented before you make a purchase or start a paid service.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment method for charges you have agreed to pay.

Additional terms may apply to specific paid plans or services and will be presented at the time of purchase.

Cancellation and refund terms may vary by product, plan, purchase method, or promotional offer. Any specific cancellation or refund conditions presented to you when purchasing a paid service will apply to that purchase.

We work to keep AdFlip available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The service may experience maintenance, technical problems, bugs, delays, or temporary interruptions. We may update, improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.

We may suspend or terminate access to AdFlip if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the security or integrity of the service.

You may stop using AdFlip at any time. Where applicable, termination of an account or paid service may be subject to the terms presented for that service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdFlip is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, or that it will meet every particular requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdFlip and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

AdFlip may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. These links are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or policies.
